Balancing working out and school
Every day I get home from soccer, too tired to do homework. Simple solution: get on the stationary bike and do my homework while a ride! Low impact but still working, I get my hw done, and I get more energy for the rest of the night!

My workout: 4/27/14
Okay workout today, I was a little tired, and ive had some pain from shinsplints lately.
I ran for a half an hour on the treadmill, a really steady, easy pace.
I then hopped on the stairmaster, my favorite machine! I did some hills, and i broke a good sweat.
I cooled off on the bike. I burned over 700 calories in cardio today.
Afterwards i stretched, did some squats and calf raises, and some leg machines, not too much strength conditioning today though.
At least i got to the gym!
