Today after having one of the worst games of my life, I stayed after to run and stretch. I took about ten minutes to stare out at the field and admire it. I’ve always admired it’s beauty but not as much as I did in that ten minutes. It’s amazing what a run can do for your appreciation of what’s around you. I encourage every one to give it a try. With out running, I’d never gain the respect I have for the outdoors.

My workout: 4/27/14

Okay workout today, I was a little tired, and ive had some pain from shinsplints lately.

I ran for a half an hour on the treadmill, a really steady, easy pace.

I then hopped on the stairmaster, my favorite machine! I did some hills, and i broke a good sweat.

I cooled off on the bike. I burned over 700 calories in cardio today.

Afterwards i stretched, did some squats and calf raises, and some leg machines, not too much strength conditioning today though.

At least i got to the gym!
